For nationals of the following six countries it is possible to apply for a MENA scholarship: Algeria, Iraq , Lebanon , Morocco , Oman and Tunisia . The MENA scholarship programme aims to contribute to capacity building within organizations and institutions. The MENA scholarship programme is initiated and fully funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
